Vonics Digital Review
Vonics Digital is one of the many VoIP providers in the market today. Their service and features are pretty basic but they offer a plethora of plans that would cover just about any requirement. Customer service is obviously not their forte, and it would be wise to review their service parameters from various sources before entering any contract with them.
Buying and Setting Up
As simple as any other VoIP program, Vonics adapter is easy to install by just about anyone.
Product Features
Features at Vonics Digital are nothing to write home about but do cover all the basic features offered by other VoIP players. Some of these are mentioned below.

Free for business lines, $9.99 for home users who receive 300 free fax minutes.

Other General Features
Vonics offers several other basic features such as:
- Caller Number and Name Identification
- Call Waiting
- Call Forwarding
- Call Return
- Call Transfer
- Conference Calling
- Voicemail (By Email as audio attachment)
- Speed Dialing
- Simultaneous Ringing (of multiple incoming calls)

Call Quality
Definitely not the best VoiP quality around. Calls are frequently dropped and audio quality is rather choppy and unclear.

Customer Service
On paper they Vonics Digital offers 24 / 7 email and toll free customer and technical support. However calls are almost always unanswered and email responses take much longer than acceptable. All dropped customers have left Vonics more because of their customer support than for any other reason. The we account panel is also difficult to navigate and not the most professional option around.
With the many options around one would be wise to look at other providers given Vonics’ recent customer dissatisfaction history. However you may try the service under the 30 day money back guarantee and stick with it only if it works for you in that period – both in terms of call quality and customer service experience.
